Initial Report

Comprehensive Report
This will include all the details of the initial report but we will present our findings and follow up with discussions. Then we can develop a detailed strategic guide which will also include risk identification and management, legal consultation, location selection with on-ground presence in case of India, market analysis and a list of potential customers, socio-political research on the selected location and industry specific research.
Plant Setup
If needed, we will also connect with the local authorities for any necessary permissions, broker land deals, connect the customer with machinery suppliers, fulfil any regulatory paperwork and requirements for subsidies and set-up interviews for staff members. Any issues caused by language or cultural differences will also be handled by us.
